Additional information:
Most passengers can fly independently with us, but in some cases a safety assistant may be needed to provide help in an emergency and to comply with safety regulations. Make sure you go through the requirements with your customer.

- Passengers can request wheelchair assistance at the airport in advance. Based on the possible need of a safety assistant, and assistance at the airport, free text must be added for WCHR/S/C (see below table)
- WCHR - Passenger cannot walk long distances and need assistance at the airport, but they can manage steps unaided and does not need assistance in the cabin.
- WCHS - Passenger cannot manage stairs unaided but does not require assistance in the cabin.
- WCHC - Passenger is immobile. Requires wheelchair to/from aircraft, must be carried up/down the steps and to/from the cabin seat.
Passengers can also bring their own manual or electric wheelchair free of charge in addition to their normal baggage allowance. This must also be booked in advance.

- Manual and electric wheelchairs must be booked in combination with WCHR/WCHS/WCHC. Based on the possible need of a safety assistant, and assistance at the airport, free text must be added for WCHR/WCHS/WCHC. (see below table)
