Additional information:
- Assistance can be useful for passengers who have intellectual or cognitive disabilities (ADHD, autism, language and hearing impairments, dementia or other cognitive disabilities), and in some cases a safety assistant may be needed to provide help in an emergency and to comply with safety regulations. Make sure you go through the requirements with your customer.
- Passengers with disabilities (DPNA) must be registered in the booking. Based on the possible need of a safety assistant, and assistance at the airport, free text must be added for DPNA (see below table)
- Passengers with medical conditions (MEDA) must be registered in the booking (see below table)
- Customers with the need for oxygen on board must bring their own supply (MEDA) and this must also be registered in the booking (see below table)
- Oxygen concentrators must be battery operated.
- Liquid oxygen is not allowed
- We provide oxygen on board in emergency situations only.
- Customer must be strongly recommended to pack any necessary medication in their hand baggage (along with your prescription, if relevant) and if possible, in its original packaging.
- In some cases, we may require medical clearance
