New payment structure in GDS
Dear partner,
We hereby inform you that Norwegian will introduce a payment fee structure for all bookings made via GDS in line with standard industry practice (OB fees) on May 7th, 2026.
The use of corporate credit cards and virtual credit cards accounts coming through from the GDS’s has over the years increased, with customized products and higher cost for us as airlines.
Therefore, we will from May 7th, 2026 implement these fees in the GDS channels:

| Corporate Credit/Debit/Prepaid Card (incl. VCC) other countries | 3% |
| European Non-regulated Consumer Cards. (MC and Visa Cards issued by banks in European countries outside EU/EEA). Applies to all consumer Amex and Diners cards as these cards schemes are not regulated. | 2% |
| European Regulated Consumer Cards. (MC and Visa Cards issued by banks within EU/EAA). | 0% |
| US Consumer Cards in ARC | 0% |
| NIUM by Norwegian | 0% |
| BSP Cash | 0% |
| IATA Easypay | 0% |
| No fee for tickets, when the travel starts; in France or in Italy | 0% |
The fee will be collected at the time of issuing only.
- The fee will not be collected again at the time of reissue
- The fee is non-refundable
Commission:
- 328-documents issued for DY/D8 services are subject to zero commission.
Form of payment:
- Norwegian accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Air Plus and Diners in various markets. No other credit cards are accepted
- We accept invoice (the only valid payment in IS/CA) and IATA EasyPay. For more information regarding IATA EasyPay, go to IATA webpage
