  • Norwegian offers the possibility to pre-order meals on most of our international flights with duration of more than 2 hours 15 minutes.

    Note! Booking of meals must be done latest 36 hours before departure.

    Meals can be pre-ordered for booking made in Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo/Travelport.

    For unticketed booking, price booking first, then book service from the ancillary catalogue (FXK/G-ML). Book and price the selected meal with entry FWK3/s4/p1 OR by adding the entry above
    TRAVEPORT+ (GALILEO)

    For unticketed booking, price booking first, then book service from the ancillary services/travel services with the entry above OR by using the shopping cart.
    For ticketed booking, please use the entry FQT/DASO;
    Please contact your GDS helpdesk if you experience problems to add this service when ticket is already issued.
    SABRE
    3 <meal code>
    For unticketed booking, price booking first, then book service from the air extras (WP*AE) AND add the entry above.
    For ticketed bookings, please use the entry WPAE*T<the line number when displaying ticketing field>.

    Prepaid meal is non-refundable. This goes for both restricted and Flex tickets.
