How to book extra seat for an instrument (CBBG):
- Book two seats and enter name as below
- Associate the SSR to the passengers name and flight segment
- Two tickets must be issued
- Passenger taxes, service charges, security charges etc. that are applicable on the passenger's ticket are exempt on the ticket issued for CBBG, but domestic value taxes (VAT) must be collected
